hi,
i am irish national with home in ireland.
i travel to Denmark for work every week.
i am planning to claim transborder workers relief which will entitle me to declare returns but pay no tax on salary in denmark.
my employer in denmark will pay all the taxes in denmark.
i have no revenue in ireland
i travel back to ireland every weekend.
from the above i am pretty sure i qualify for transborder workers relief.
i have the flexibility of working from home (ireland) 1 day a week.
i pay danish taxes on that working from home day.
my question is would irish revenue ask me to pay tax for this 1 day a week work from home?
also is there a limit on number of days per year i can work from home in ireland? before they reject my transborder workers relief option?
