Anyone having problems staying logged in to askaboutmoney?

We changed the server yesterday.

I had to make some changes on my own pc to test it before the move.

Now I find that I am being logged out after inactivity.

Is that due to the changes I made to my own pc or to something on the server?

I've had that before. When you are logging in, there's a checkbox 'stay logged in'
Try that - might not have preserved settings when you changed server.

I was logged out within a couple of minutes on my initial login but seem ok this time around.

The staying logged in aspect is ok if you are the only one using the computer as there was a problem some years back where two people were using AAM.

OK, it seems that I can stay in with Chrome, so it must be some setting change I made on Firefox.

Was in NY at a funeral since last Saturday and had to log in anew on my laptop this morning, where everything is as should be.
Update on this, I have had to log in a few times since even though I ticked the keep me logged in box.

I am logged out every time, I leave the site. I have the keep logged in box ticked. I’m using safari on an iPad. I also notice that Not Secure is appearing too. Never had any issues before.

If you are using a bookmark for the site, then make sure it's using "https" , i.e.: "https://www.askaboutmoney.com" and not just "http://www.askaboutmoney.com"

Otherwise you'll get pop ups that "the site is not secure, login could be compromised" etc..

That might be it Jazz. I just had www.askaboutmoney.com in my bookmark but now I have changed it to include https:// and so far I have remained logged in.

We should have the SSL issue fixed now.

And we are forcing the site to go to HTTPS so that should be fixed for everyone.

Seems to be working for me.

Let me know if anyone still has problems.

Yep whatever you did has fixed it for me on Firefox, I was having issues where I have to use the https bookmark.
