House been sold as part of divorce settlement 50% each.
Just wondering, has anyone ever sold their home without using Estate Agent, I have a solicitor to do the legal part.
What advice you give, also looking at the new online bidding that DAFT.ie now have.
How many times a week did you e.g. as it Winter on a Saturday for 30 MIns?
NB: We have ballpark of previous houses that sold which had 1 less room downstairs. There is possibility that I could buy ex out but that depends on price.
Hard to really know the price to agree on, EG price Range can be 420-500K, we are thinking if top price was eg 450K or less then I could afford to buy her out, we agree then to take house of the market. If more than 450K then we sell.
Not ideal on people bidding if it did not reach over 450K but we don't have another option.
