Anyone ever chaired a Creditor's Meeting?

I may be asked to do this next week though I would hope that the accountant will do so.

Any tips as to what might be in store would be appreciated. It is a voluntary liquidation essentially brought about by a major contractor who my client subbed for going into examinership owing my fella about €250k..
