Anyone else finding a problem with Revenue MyAccount PAYE tax return?

I logged into Revenue MyAccount no problem and generated my 2025 EDS (P60). When I try to get a statement of liability (P21) it gets stuck on the dialogue box to confirm bank details. I click OK but the box just keeps respawning. I have tried multiple browsers under both Windows and Linux. I sent a query to Revenue but am wondering whether anyone here has had a similar problem, or no problem.

Two of my daughters did their Statement of Liability today no problem. Maybe because I'm jointly assessed and we have a joint bank account. Never an issue before.

The problem was discussed on boards too.

I requested my SoL for 2025 and submitted health expenses yesterday without any issues. I was on a PC using Chrome

Jointly assessed and cannot get beyond the confirmation of bank details

The window keeps appearing after pressing "OK"

I tried edge and chrome 3 times each on my laptop since yesterday and also chrome on mobile to no avail

It's reported on Reddit too by numerous others also.

We've circa 12k in medical expenses to claim back this year

Probably not very useful to you now, but you can claim medical expenses in real time and not wait until the year is over. Most useful I am sure in cases like the above where you have a large expense.

Also, there's no real rush if the system isn't working or is overloaded today. You have 4 years to backdate such claims. I would leave it a few days and try again maybe next week. But maybe some people are stuck for the cash and need the refund ASAP...

We are aware of an issue affecting some people filing their Form 12 on the bank details page.
