I need some general legal work done and I would appreciate any recommendations for a fairly decent solicitor, even an OK one - note I have long since stopped looking for a good one. I've just had a bad experience of a solicitor who made it perfectly clear that the work I asked her to do was beneath her - who could even return my calls and who sent important documents to the wrong address causing a huge delay and much stress for which she couldn't even have the good grace to apologise.
So as a result I have lowered the bar of my expectations of a solicitor. I'm just looking for one who will spare me the attitude, do the work in a reasonable timeframe, return my calls and who is not terrified of email!
