Any way to keep Bank of Scotland tracker on new property

We currently have a bank of Scotland tracker mortgage and are looking to move house. As BOS are no longer in the market for new mortgages in Ireland, is there any way we can transfer our current mortgage (with BOS) to a new property.
Any suggestions appreciated !!

I am in a similar situation as you. Bank of Scotland won't do any new business with you as they are hoping to get out completely.

I am hoping to apply for a second mortgage next year.I would rather not sell as I'm about 40,000 in negative equity and this would have a real impact on my savings for deposit. I currently have my apartment rented out and just about break even with mortgage,tax and other charges.
Wondering if Banks see the fact that I don't have a mortgage with a bank in the irish market differently? ie less of a risk.
