Any scrappage deal with 0% finance

I noticed in the UK company's like Nissan, Mazda and in autumn, Suzuki are giving 0% finance offers. Why are they not doing here? are there any?
Anyone from Suzuki or other companys out there to answer?
 
I think VW do a 4.9% but the real question is, if these 0% finance deals are so common in the UK then why not here??
