G Ger Fleming Registered User Messages 61 1 Jul 2015 #4 Ptsb issued a statement at 7am. They are offering 3.7% rate to customers on variable rate. It would seem that one has to be up to date in payments and not in negative equity. This is not good enough. Michael Noonan time to do something.
