I'm a first time buyer having taken out a 144000 mortgage in Feb. 2004. Loan is on a tracker at 1.65%
I took out an equity release loan for an attic conversion of 25000 in April 2007. Loan is variable at 5.05%
I pay both loans bi-weekly, however the TRS has reduced as follows:
Mortgage loan 21.40 to 18.09 and equity release loan from 5.41 to 3.18.
Does this seem right?
