Another Form 11 question...additional Income?

I am registered with ROS and fill out the on-line Form 11 every year, as I have dividend income. (My other income is PAYE occupational pension)
I am well used to the form .. I usually have a CGT Loss or gain also.

In 2022, I did a once off job for someone and I gave him an invoice for 4,000 which he paid. I had no expenses invoved...its all taxable.

Where do I put this 4k on Form 11, please.

The Self-employed section looks like overkill! ( P+L extract, Balance sheet etc)

The 'Irish other Income' looks a more likely section to enter it in.
Fees/Commissions
Enter the nature of the income in the description box and the amount of the income in the data field provided.

But, I would appreciate any ideas before I fill in the Form.
Thanks

It sounds like self-employment income
Complete the irrelevant parts of that page with zeroes.

T McG...thank you very much for your quick reply.
I agree its self-employed income, and I will manage to fill in the required Form 11 section, but I was just hoping for a quick way out of doing so.
Thanks, again
