There are 3 different ways of calculating your annual leave entitlement:

1. when you have worked 1,365 hours in the year , which doesn't apply in your case.
2. 1/3 or a week for each month you worked 117 hours - assuming you work 117 hours every month from Aug to Dec, this would give you a/l entitlement of 65 hours
3. 8% of the hours you worked - again, assuming a 39 hour week this would give you 67.44 hours.
Whatever calculation gives you the most entitlement is the one that applies.
In your case, that would be option 3, which gives you 67.44 hours, or 8.5 days (roughly)
I think my sums are right, but open to correction on them if not......
Sorry - ETA - this is just for basic statutory entitlement - I see that you company is paying above the basic, i.e. 25 days, so above won't apply. Will leave up in case it of use to anyone else reading though..
