Has anyone had an angiogram? My husband is due to have this investigative procedure on Thursday. I have heard some horror stories. I haven't told him about them. I know that every person is different and their levels of pain tolerance are different but I wondered if any poster could give me an honest account of how they felt having it done. A person I was speaking to this morning (who is in the medical profession and has been in theatre during these procedures) said that it is very painful, there is a lot of pushing/pressure which causes discomfort and anxiety, and there can be feelings of nausea. Any personal accounts?
