Hi would anybody know if ABP agrees with the council and grants permission, can you start to build straight away or do you have to wait for a period of time. Thanks

I know we had to wait for four weeks when we were granted planning from the council prior to commencement.

It will tell you on the planning permission documents you get back from the council

Typically 1 month - as the first/ third party may decide to seek a ‘judicial review’ of the Bord’s decision via the courts ...

You have to wait for the Final Grant. That will be issued by the council and citing the boards conditions.

You will then need to lodge a commencement notice online through the BCMS system, this gives building control 2 weeks notice of your intention to start the works.
