Am I entitled to my bonus?

I took up a new job in March last year. My bonus structure was set out and I was given a target date of Jan 09 to reach all of the goals to get my bonus. I had met all of the criteria by the deadline.

Unfortunately I was told at the beginning of Feb that I, and 3 of my colleagues were being made redundant at the end of April (with no redundancy entiltlement). When we asked were we getting our bonus, we were told that no one on the team was going to receive it.

I have subsequently discovered that all other members of the team (bar the 4 made redundant) have received their annual bonus. I'm still employed by them until the end of April, is there anything I can do? Do I have a leg to stand on?

Was it set out in writing & do you have a copy of the targets etc? If so I think you would have a case. However, if it was a verbal agreement it would be hard to prove.
