I have been offered to buy a 0.1ac plot of land which is actually a former back garden of neighboring dwelling. It is zoned as "existing residential A1" and local needs apply. Asked planning dept in Coco and they said I won't be able to get planning permission as I am not local. That means building a house there is not an option. Now I am curious what could be the alternative use of it? Gardening, allotment, sport and leisure etc
