The excellent snowyb gave me some advice back then - https://www.askaboutmoney.com/threads/renewal-with-vhi-pmi4316.210913/ I restrict myself by preferring to stay with VHI. Presumably you have checked out the www.hia.ie website for a comparison. VHI should be able to give alternatives over the phone also. There are companies you can check it out with also, someone like totalhealthcover.ie but they have a fee.

Forgot to mention that I have found the cover on PMI0710 to be excellent both for in hospital cover and the day-to-day cover. Just be careful if you do move to be aware of the Upgrade Rule.
