Plan B is gone about 10 years now so they must be on a different level of cover? Do they know they should be claiming relief on their BIK charges to get the full 'benefit'
When a company subsidies a premium, the employee must pay BIK on that benefit which is calculated off the Gross premium. They must apply to revenue for their tax relief. I could be wrong but I think the way to apply is through Form 12. They should do this every year
