Just wondering how much should getting a timber frame house airtight cost? House is 3000 sq ft. Price quoted was five grand. half of that for tapes and membrane.

Any thoughts?

If tapes and membrane are 2500, how much would you think the labour would be?
 
I know a of a few guys who got it done and the standard rate for a standard three bed semi is 900 Euro for a day. Three tests for this price. Your house is a lot bigger I know but not 4 grand bigger.

Whats the cost per m2 of surface area?

wasnt given a breakdown of cost per m2.

was told 2500 for membrane 2500 to fit week and a halfs work
