My wife is thinking of using Airbnb when her current tenant moves out. She's heard about Airsorted, they're a service company that basically manages the Airbnb listing for you. Just wondering if anyone has used them? Think they take 15%.

They won't do it unless in city center locations. They usually advise you to add their fee on to the cleaning charge to cover their fee, so the guest pays it. And 15% is an outrageous fee anyway.
Most estate agents nowadays will organise this for you cheaper.
Go into a few local eas and ask them.
