AIB quarterly mortgage deduction higher this quarter than last quarter

Hi all

I compared what AIB charged on interest on this quarter with what they charged me last quarter and the interest deduction on my mortgage is this quarter higher than previously. Is there an logical explanation for that? I would have expected that quarter over quarter the interest charges would decrease because the mortgage is paid off slowly and due to overpayment. So I am very surprised that the amount was actually higher

Same for me. About €15 more this quarter. It might be simply due to the fact there were less days in the previous quarter, as it included Feb??
