I had the same problem, I think, I would enter the details and it wouldnt progress to next level. AIB tech support said it was a problem with a flash plug in in Internet explorer, they know about it but with testing it will be months before they solve it. They also said to use a different browser!. I use netscape now and it has worked fine. Explorer on my laptop still works as well!
