AIB cuts non-green mortgage rates but ‘has a long way to go to compete in market’, expert says

AIB has responded to market pressure by cutting fixed rates on some of its mortgages.

No change then in green rates so the lowest is still 3% for 3 year fixed

Looking at this im coming off the green rate at 2.45 in september costing 750 a month. Being offered 3% ltv<50%green at 777 or stv at 835ish.
Im caught between waiting a few months for a lower fixed rate if aib decide to reduce it or go for it starting with first payment in october. Any advice welcome as its 85euro each month i delay
