AIB Credit Card Application - Consent to Communicate

I'm in the process of applying for an AIB Click credit card, one of the questions on the form is a consent to communicate. If I say "No", are they likely to refuse my application? The consent is for communication at any time including outside business hours, by telephone or in person including at my home and place of work.

Nothing to stop you consenting now and then when you get the card, follow up with a letter to your branch advising them to update your means of communication to emails only or phone during office hours etc....they have to comply.
