BOI are processing the AIP for me. Was speaking to a lovely woman in there and i explained it was for affordable housing and there was no issues with that?? Also, i don't need to send in payslips or anything. Just have to give details of income and expenditure. Dropping the form back into her tomorrow and she said she will fax me the Approval the same day! She said that all should be fine for 240K....
