Agreement on working below the minimum rate of pay

Hi
Just wondering what would be the ramifications if a company got an agreement from all its workers on the minimum rate of pay to work for below the minimum rate of pay in order to survive.
All other workers in the company have taken pay reductions including directors since last August.
 
far as i know it is illegal even if everyone agrees.

The only way a company can get round this is to prove to they cannot afford to pay it. presume that is by application to labour commission/court. think they can get a one/two year reprieve, but rates/time need to be agreed by these guys
