Again I know this is a common porblem at the moment with late/no rent payments but I have a couple of follow up questions.
My tenant hasnt paid rent in 2 months. I have adhered to the 14 day late letter and after getting the run around for 2 weeks I sent the 28 day notice letter to vacate the property. The tenant is not contactable by phone as he has changed his number. My queries are:
After the 28 days if I have not heard from the tenant can I just assume I can access the property?
I am registered with the PRTB but they are not very easy to contact, I obviously wont have any new address for the tenant so how do I persue a legal case in getting the arrears paid?
