affordable apartment in clonee

just seen on the meath county council website that theres a 2 bed apt on the affordable list in summerseat clonee.its going for 196,950euro.anybody know much bout this development or clonee dublin 15 in general.any information appreciated

it sounds a bit much for Clonee. I'm sure you can buy a 2 bed in Clonee for under 200k these days, and you wouldnt have the hastle of dealing with a CoCo, Clawbacks, etc

Have only driven past, but looks like a nice development...bit out of the way though...would echo JohnJays thoughts though. I bought AH nearby - if you can get similar without using AH, I would absolutely suggest you do.

To incur clawbacks to save a very minimal amount in the current climate..you'd be mad, particularly if you're not from close by...

I heard that a load of those apartments were bought by the corpo for social housing.
