Advice on terms of employment for first term buyer.

Hi All,
I changed my job about 2months back,and just last week,we(I &my Husband)just submitted our application for a mortgage,{first time buyer}though the new job is permanent,would been on probation affect the mortgage application?I 've been in continous employment for 5yrs.I had to change to the new job now because it comes with higher pay.

Probably. You might need to inform your lender of your change in circumstances and see what they say. Check the terms & conditions of your loan agreement and maybe ask your mortgage broker (if applicable) or solicitor.
