Hi, I am single 29 year old female from the North West of Ireland,
I have been previously, a studied three years of a Course in Intellectual Disability Nursing, I failed an exam on the third year of my degree in Sept 2007 here,
I could start learning disability nursing October 2009 in Bournemouth England, I would be uneligable for maintance grant again as I have not been out of education 5 years for second chance with VEC and It would be the same degree again.
Could I be eligable for Back to education allowance from Ireland I have been on Jobseekers Allowance since November 2008?.
Can I claim any type of payments, towards living expenses the NHS would fund my tuition fees
