advice for share broker please

Hi All

Hope you all can help me out. One of my friend has bought share options with his company and now he has changed job.

He does not intend to buy more shares but he would like to move it to a new broker and keep them till the time is right to sell them. So there will be only 1 transection now to move it to a new broker and then another transection to sell it all.

So can anybody suggest me a broker please which will help my friend.

He would like to change broker because his fees is very high and there is a annual fees. He is looking for somebody with less or no annual fees as he just would like to keep shares for year or 2 so that when the price goes up he will sell them.

So Please advise me a share broker.

A broker will probably charge to have existing shares transferred into an account and there will probably be annual fees in any case.
