At present I have the following loans
Mortgage 294000 - Interest only 2 years left(New build)
Car Finance - € 12,000 paying € 266 for 5 years 7 payments made
BOI loan € 12,000 paying € 256 for 5 years 7 payments made
CU Loan - € 2,800 Savings € 1,350
Credit Cards - BOI € 9,500, MBNA € 11,000, NIB € 2,300

The car loan and personal loan were both taken out in July 2008 to upgrade our old car as I am now driving long distances each week so needed something more reliable, and the personal loan was to complete build on house - final fixings. In August we found out we were expecting our third child at the end of March 09 so will be single income for the foreseeable future.
My gross salary is € 44k with commuting expenses of €500 per month.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how best to deal with the repayments, i.e whether to try and consolidate or re-negotiate terms.
I know I have made some crap decisions but want to try and get this debt under control.
We had planned on selling half the site but thats not possible in current climate.

Would you fill your details into this, incoming and outgoing. Makes it easier for people to give advice and suggestions.
