Adobe Acrobat Professional Query/DTP

Hello
I have a series of pdf documents that I have to send to several people.
However I need to restrict certain parts of the text by blacking it out.
I have a trial version of Adobe Acrobat Professional.
I have come up with 2 methods to do this
(1) Highlight the text with a blank marker rather than yellow for example.

or
(2) Draw a white solid box and place it over the appropriate text.
And then apply a Password restricting the editing of the document.
However I notice that Adobe have a warning saying effectively that some 3rd party s/w can bypass the security settings

My queries are
(1) Is there any way to prevent 3rd party s/w seeing the text I intended to black out

Or (2) Is there any way to use a scissors type tool and effectively cut out the part of the document I want to conceal.
(The cropping tool appears to be a rectangular tool of what you want to include rather than conceal)
I need to black out text randomly throughout the text ?
I am not very familiar with Adobe and
Any suggestions would be gratefully received
Many thanks

If you really need to remove the text in question then you will need to do just that - remove it. In this case you may need two copies of the document - one for privileged use and one for general distribution. It is pretty easy to get tools that recover any content, even secured, in PDFs.
