Hi,
I have 21 years to go on an EBS standard variable. I am thinking of making an extra payment (car loan has just ended so put the money against the mortgage instead) as the interest rate is now above savings deposit rate plus It will shorten the mortgage life. I reckon i will do this for two years or until the ECB finally step-up to the plate and solve this mess...
What do you think?
