Acer Desktop at power city

Hello there
there is an acer desktop on power city website priced 504. Looks fine to my eye just wondering if anyone had any feedback or else could guide me to a better deal in the under 500 for a desktop 19in monitor usage for photography and phot editing mainle, beginner. Ta
 
Not alot of info, but I would have said 1GB ram & 250GB hard disk is not enough. No mention of graphics card.
It's says "slimline PC". Do you need something small & tidy? If not, you might be paying a premium for this.
