Accurate Net Pay Calculator for Public Sector employees

Hi folks, does anyone know if there is an accurate Net Pay calculator for public sector employees that accounts for additional deductions such as trade union subscriptions, income protection plans, health insurance, Single Public Service Pension Scheme, ASC, Cycle to work, Taxsaver commuter tickets, etc?

This one seems decent but it's outdated by a couple of years:
