Do you think these people will get the rents they are asking? 30k for a 6 bed house for 7 nights?!

I wonder will revenue be keeping an eye on the site?

Would I be right in thinking that if Revenue caught you renting out your house you would be in a bit of trouble...

1: you would have to pay income tax and penalities on the undeclared income

2: as a First time buyer who has now rented out their house within the first 5 years you would now be considered an invester and would have to pay back the stamp duty you saved on the purchase orginally

Is this right?
