Don’t forget to moisture check the floor.
( layman’s way thick newspaper bundle with concrete block on top over night, ina couple of areas, if any dampness it will be drawn into paper and will feel damp)
Prior to laying floor have tradesman do a proper dampness check/ test and sign something to the effect he’s happy to lay the floor, if not when it buckles or warps you have some comeback to the effect he was happy to do it
Another usual rule is 1 month to dry for every inch of concrete in floor.
We lived over raw concert floor for several months (sealed with quick coat of PVA to keep down dust and still allows drying before laying solid and semi solid floors)
