I've been taking a look at tele2.ie to find out more about their rates, services and so on.
In the FAQ section, I found the following question and answer.
"What happens if I move?
When moving, (with or without the same telephone number), your service with Tele2 will probably be terminated by Eircom’s provision processes. While this is unfortunately out of our control, we will be delighted to switch you back to our service, just call our Customer Services team anyday between 8 am to 10 pm with your new Eircom Account Number and we’ll take care of the rest..."
Can anyone explain to me what exactly this means? What will be disconnected?
I can't make sense of this bit.
