This is in Cork just outside the city. I've spoken to the estate agent. You need to be from the area so thats me out of the equation.
They're sellling half acre sites not subject to planning permission. Zoning near the city is very restrictive especially on hills.
I'll have to look at buying aan older property instead. It's my idea of a dream home - a house on a hill overlooking the city.
