A lot for sale in Knockbrack Downs — why?

Just looking at property in Drogheda..Seems to be alot for sale in Knockbrack Downs does anyone know why? Is it a bad area?

It's quite a new estate- maybe 2 years old?
Could be that people are moving on/investors?
Also, I think it is a good bit outside the town, just for you own info.

Asked around a bit think just because people moving on/investors alright. Don't think prices are coming down I'm just bit wary of looking when lots are for sale in case something going on in that area...

I don't know anyone that lives there but have heard people say that they are small houses that were thrown up with poor noise insulation and don't have many extras e.g. I don't think master bed has an ensuite. Having said that, they are very close to the motorway and travel time to the airport would only be 20 mins.
