a good sun holiday?

hi... i have recently come into a few bob,and i want to take my boyfriend on a sun holiday.... we havent been to many resorts or nice hotels in the sun,any suggestions for a really nice place to go,for a once off special time....i suppose it could be like a hunnymoon type holiday......ta for any feedback x
