Anyone know why BBCs [broken link removed] broadcast over the web to "UK users only" for some matches? Got caught with yesterday after the kitchen wireless decided to play up and couldnt tune 909 in for the utd v arsenal game.
Don't know the specifics, but it's probably something to do with the overall rights to the game and how much of an interest SkySports have purchased in them. Internet broadcasts would be distinct from radio and tv broadcasts, and would be different across different countries as well.
