40k loan for site - who gives the best deal?

Hi, The site i'm buying is worth 100k but i'm getting it for 50, have 10k in savings. I'm not ready to build for a year and a half or two but the offer is only on the table for a lomited time.where would you go looking for loan? bear in mind i'm going to be looking for a full mortgage when building.

any of them really, expect to pay c. 0.8% over base rate on a tracker as a guide rate (not discounted introductory rate either).

Looking for same myself. Loan to buy a site. Not building for a year or two.

What % will the bank lend max? What rate did you get?

Anyone else any info on getting site finance?

Hi guys,
Are you getting loans to buy the sites cause of the delay in building and hoping to mortgage later for the build? If so will such a large loan not negatively affect your mortgage?
