i have a 1200 square foot house, bill for january / feb was 90 euro. on every evening for about 2hrs. if u heat the water at this time then it will still be hot the next morning, no need to have it on again in the morning.
turn the thermostat down to 18 and turn the heat on the boiler way down. you can heat water using the immersion ( electricity) or else using the GAS.

Your house is around 100 square meters (approx), and you used 1800kw of gas (approx) for a 2 month period in the coldest part of the year.
I suppose it's not too bad, it/s around 18kw/square metre (rough calculation)
A really modern Passive house (not many of those around) would probably use 18kw/Square meter to heat the house for an entire year.
To achieve this you'd need a super insulated, airtight, possible big triple glazing south facing windows, heat exchange ventillation system etc, an impractical solution for most existing houses unfortunately.
But it is possible to reterofit many aspects of the Passive standard into an existing house, like superinsulation, airtightness, triple glazing, to reduce your heating bill considerably and cut down on your CO2 emissions
