We are looking to build a 4.5M x 4.5M block shed in the rear on our garden. We have plenty of space. I see we can build to 4 Meters high without planning permission if we have a tiled pitch roof. We are hoping to build the roof to 4M but not symmetric pitch angle. The rear wall would be 3.6 meters with incline to 4 meters high peak of the roof, with roof dropping to 2.4 meters at the front. So not full symmetric pitch roof.
Does anyone know if this is okay? Many Thanks.
