3 - wow light speed customer service

So I finaly decided to swap to 3 because I'm a heavy talker and I like 3 g for my heavy data. With Vodafone I never got a correct bill and don't even get me started on the customer service.

Lazy as I am, I order online at 1241 today, at 1244 my phone rings and a nice rep from 3 asks me to confirm my phone/address/and how long I lived at my place and at 1246 he tells me that I'm approved and at the same time I get an e-mail.

Now if the handset shows up as promissed tommorrow ;-)

Let's hope their customer service is a good when problems come up.
 
i've heard alot of coplaints about the quality of the phones that they have and there ability to swap up and down the frequencies..what phone did you order?
 
I got myself the K608i, 2 of my friends have it and they are happy.

I am using a Nokia 6680 (Vodafone) at present and I also have the problem with "swap up and down the frequencies" when in Ireland. When I am in the UK I have no such problems, so I suspect it's the Irish Implementation of 3G , maybe we have too many hills ;-)

And if there are problems I have a 14 day money back period so it's kind of a risk free trial.
