2nd time buyer query

Hi,
I'm househunting at the moment and I'm also shopping for a mortgage for my new house. I have a loan offer from my own bank (BOI) but they are telling me that I can only get a 30 year term on a second mortgage. Are there any banks offering a longer term to a 2nd time buyer?
 
Most lenders require the mortgage to be repaid by age 70 (some at 65) so it's your age which dictates the maximum mortgage term.

I'm 30 years old so I guess I should be able to get a 35 year mortgage. Do you know if BOI offer 35 or 40 year mortgages to 2nd time buyers?
 
The BOI deals seem okay but I am also dealing with one of your colleagues in REA to see about a better deal.
I haven't got any quotes yet but can you give me an idea of whats available if I borrow €290,000 over 30 or 35 years.
