Do you envisage to recoup any day to day costs (ie do you have medical cards etc)? Are you attending any consultants for on going conditions?
generally I find Laya's plans easier to understand/follow (so there's my bias!!). Also if you switch with the intent of using the day to day cover, then there is no waiting periods with laya.
