It’s not always about age or mileage.
A friend needed a new clutch after 3,000 km, the problem was the driver not the clutch.

100%. Going directly to Audi will cost you a lot more and you'll be guaranteed they'll find other things that they'll recommend you fix too.

The thought of this person doing donuts is hilarious.
She had a hearing problem and was driving with her foot always on the clutch and could not hear how high the engine was revving.
You would hear the car coming and know exactly who it was.
Was getting about 6 months out of a clutch on very low mileage.
She went through a further 2 clutches and then stopped driving.
